Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging Panel Discussion

Gain insights from an AMA-conducted D&I survey and explore solutions for your organization

The results of this year’s American Management Association (AMA) Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Survey confirm that simply having a diversity & inclusion (D&I) policy in place does not effectively solve the problem of discriminatory practices, whether deliberate or unconscious. Please join us as we discuss the results of this survey, and their implications, in an online panel discussion for both AMA members and non-members. Composed of D&I experts, the panel will detail the specific results and take a deeper dive into each topic, and in turn will offer you specific solutions during the Q&A portion of the program. Panelists: Cassandra Lee trains administrative professionals in overcoming any obstacles blocking their workplace satisfaction and career success. She has spent 20 years teaching through speaking—she’s presented over 1,400 keynote speeches, seminars, training sessions and workshops to more than 40,000 participants. Cassandra is also a diversity consultant with the Professional Woman Network and was featured in Who’s Who in Black Chicago.         Frederica A. Peterson, MA, CPC, ELI - MP , is a leadership consultant, coach, teacher and award-winning author with a passion for leadership effectiveness. She is also the Principal and CEO of her own leadership consultancy. Described by her clients as passionate, charismatic, intuitive and outcome focused, Frederica has worked with leaders in some of the top organizations in the country, Facebook, Honeywell, NASA, United States Homeland Security, National Basketball Association and Audible, to name a few.       Russ Terry is a seasoned coach, motivational speaker and diversity consultant who has worked with 400 people from companies such as Microsoft, Google, and PwC, and spoken at many organizations, including the FBI, FedEx, and United Airlines.
