About the Facilitators Jeff Becker is the Director of Corporate Learning Solutions at American Management Association and has over 20 years’ experience as a corporate education professional. Jeff‘s background includes sales generation, leadership development and coaching, which he has exhibited with clients in both the public and private sector globally. Prior to joining AMA, Jeff has worked in human resources, operations and sales and has consulted and developed executive to mid-level management and frontline associates on change management, strategy implementation, and performance management. He is also an accomplished public speaker and has a passion for helping others learn, while influencing behaviors to drive performance.   Lauren McNally is the director of the American Management Association’s Women’s Leadership Center (WLC), leading content, membership, events and corporate initiatives. She is energized by supporting organizations that are working to develop women for future advancement through community and meaningful education. Lauren speaks on topics for women and diversity & inclusion through WLC, Training.com, HR.com and ATD conferences and virtual events. Prior to coming to AMA, McNally led marketing efforts for the National Association of Professional Women and Professional Diversity Network.
