About the Expert Robert Smith , PMP has more than twenty years of experience with information systems, technical consulting, training and staff development, and project management. Rob’s early experience was concentrated in developing and implementing application systems and project management systems for international banking and financial service firms. Much of his current and ongoing work has been as a project management mentor wherein he helps managers successfully apply mechanistic, behavioral and leadership skills in specific businesses. He additionally provides coaching services to assist project managers in preparing for the Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Exam. About the Facilitator Dan Goeller is a Learning Solutions Manager responsible for the Project Management, Finance, and Data Analysis portfolios of courses. Among many projects he is proud to have managed was the development of the AMA OnDemand Training Library, a collection of 80 eLearning lessons and 20 courses. Dan earned a masters degree in Business & Workplace Education from New York University, as well as a bachelors degree in Finance from The College of New Jersey. Dan is an avid advocate of the benefits that Learning & Development can have on the individual, group, and organization.
