Globalization and changing workforce demographics within the U.S. require that you learn to deal effectively with multinational, cross-cultural and ethnically diverse colleagues and employees.

Applying knowledge from MBTI® type can help you identify differences and modify your style to be more effective.

Type identifies inborn personality patterns that cross cultures. Cultural norms affect the ways type preferences are expressed. Putting the two together provides a powerful perspective and effective, practical tools for developing cultural competence.

This Webcast provides practical insight into subtle and not so subtle nuances of using the MBTI® tool with diverse cultures and examines using type to increase your effectiveness when navigating the globe.

What You Will Learn

By attending you gain valuable insight across cultures through the lens of type to increase your effectiveness when navigating the globe. For a full hour we explore:
  • Using type to develop cultural competencies
  • Understanding the essence of type preferences and how that applies in cross-cultural communication
  • Misunderstandings in cross-cultural groups—“Now, what did that mean?”
  • Exploring how cultural norms impact communication styles
  • Becoming aware of cultural stereotypes in working with cross-cultural groups
  • Applying type to management styles within cultures

This program includes Q&A session—where we will address specific questions submitted by the audience!
