What You Will Learn

This program focuses on the growth achieved from business model innovation rather than product innovation and reveals how to harness risk to do so, with examples from Apple to Zipcar, Blockbuster to Netflix, Ford Motors to Tesla. The webcast will address the following questions

  • What key decisions need to be made in a business?
  • When are these decisions made?
  • Who is empowered to make the decisions?
  • Why do these individuals make the decisions they do?

Whether you are a start-up founder or a seasoned executive with P&L responsibility, this webcast will provide the key points on how you can harness risk to reinvent your business model, increase efficiency, outpace competitors, and improve your bottom line.

While attending this program is FREE, reservations are required.
