Overview

Years of downsizing, outsourcing, and corporate greed have left today’s workers believing that their company no longer values them. Loyalty of workers to their organization is becoming a thing of the past.

Scores of university studies, government reports, Gallup surveys, and other polls show that these perceptions and feelings have a direct and negative impact upon productivity.

The plain fact is that most people are no longer committed to their job.

What can you do to get your staff back on track?

Drawing on her research into what works for exceptional and profitable companies, Dr. Judy Bardwick has developed specific strategies to regain the trust, commitment, and engagement of employees at every level.

What You Will Learn

  • How to strengthen the bonds of trust and respect between you and your employees
  • Why leadership requires a different approach now
  • How the boss-employee relationship is directly tied to retention
  • Ways to “customize” recognition for each staff member without driving yourself crazy
