About the Presenters

Dr. Joseph Reed is an organizational consultant who provides training and other individual and organizational effectiveness services to corporations and institutions. He served as  a Marine Corps officer, university administrator, and  manager of training and development. He also taught management theory, organizational behavior, and strategic management at St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia. In addition, he has authored several AMA courses, including Management Skills for New Managers and Mastering Organizational Politics, Influence, and Alliances. He currently heads J.R. Training, Inc.
