About the Presenters

Susan Mason is Principal of Vital Visions, a firm of consultants in personal, public and organizational communication. Ms. Mason has over thirty years of experience as an educator, trainer and instructional designer. Recently, she has worked for the School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University. Since 1991 she has worked at Hamilton College as a faculty member in the Communication Department, as well as serving as the director of the Oral Communication Center and director of the Education Studies Program. Her professional affiliations include the American Management Association, American Society of Training and Development, National Communication Association, EDUCAUSE and New York State Communication Association.
