I am glad I took this training and walked away with more than I thought I would. I was surprised there were only 4 people in the class, but this allowed for great discussions and learning. I learned more about "time" management , than territory Mngt. The instructor was a great trainer, but could see todays business in a lot faster pace, technology and less loyalty. He did a great job getting the group engaged throughout the entire training.I will definitely take another training.
