John L. Mariotti is president and CEO of The Enterprise Group—a coalition of time-shared executive advisors. He serves as a director on several corporate boards: World Kitchen, Petmate, HomeCare Industries, and advisory boards: Henkel Consumer Adhesives , DFCo. LLC, & Levick Strategic Communications. He is a former senior executive having been chairman of the board of World Kitchen, president of Huffy Bicycles, and group president of Rubbermaid Office Products. Since founding The Enterprise Group in 1994, Mariotti has been an advisor to many well-known companies in areas of strategy, marketing, operations, partnerships, and complexity. He is the author of eight business books and a novel, and hundreds of columns and articles. His newest book, The Complexity Crisis was released in 2008 by Adams Media's Platinum Press and selected as one of 2008's Best Business Books by Soundview Executive Summaries. He holds a BSME from Bradley University and an MSME from the University of Wisconsin.
