American Management Association Councils Gather in Miami to Discuss Emerging Industry Trends

“The New World of Risk” is theme for All-Council Meeting, March 20–23, 2004

NEW YORK, February 20, 2004—American Management Association (AMA) will bring together leading industry experts from various fields to discuss emerging trends and the latest challenges affecting businesses today. This special meeting of AMA Council Members, being held at the Doral Resort in Miami, March 20–23, 2004, provides AMA with practical, timely and expert guidance in developing new products and services for its members and customers.

The theme for the 2004 All-Council Meeting is “The New World of Risk” and it will address the effects of 9/11, the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, global currency and country risk analysis, as well as risks to the supply chain management and insurance industries, among other topics. James F. McIngvale, founder and president of Gallery Furniture, will deliver the keynote address from 9–10 a.m., Monday, March 22. The media is invited to attend this presentation.
