One-Day Sexual Harassment Workshop for Employees
Seminar # 67701
Overview
Most of an average day is spent at work and many of our most important relationships are those we establish with co-workers. What is deemed an appropriate or inappropriate relationship is often difficult for people to decipher and, even more so, determine when someone has "crossed the line" of acceptable behavior. This is an important topic of discussion in offices across the country. Many states as well as the federal government have laws that define when someone has "crossed the line." To be productive in the workplace, employees should be aware of their rights to be free from inappropriate behaviors, understand company policy and procedures governing sexual harassment and know how to report an incidence when it occurs.
Product Description
In this one-day workshop, employees delve into what constitutes sexual harassment in the workplace (and what does not), their rights and responsibilities for acting on sexual harassment, whether they are a victim or observer of such practices and learn company policies and procedures for handling sexual harassment complaints. It differs from the half-day workshop for employees in that this full-day program provides more extensive examples and discussion of topics.
