Overview
The future for organizations relies on being able to identify the leaders of tomorrow and set them on the track for learning and development. Product Description
The third component of AMA’s Mentoring Solution is for employees who are on the receiving end of the mentoring process. They are commonly referred to as mentoring clients or “mentees” or protégés. This half-day session helps mentoring clients set realistic expectations for the mentoring relationship, understand their role in the process and how to get the most from their mentoring experience.
Who Should Attend
Staff members who have been identified as high potentials will benefit from this half-day workshop. Attendance is limited to 20 mentoring clients.
