In our programs for youth, some of which are recommended for three semester hours of undergraduate credit, delegates from across the country and around the world experience this premier management and leadership development program. All Operation Enterprise delegates return to their schools, companies and communities equipped with career insights and the essential tools for business success: sound management, valuable principles, responsible leadership and effective communication.
