She is coauthor of the book The High Performance Sales Organization
, a contributor to the book The Alligator Trap
, and author of multiple articles on workplace issues.
Ms. Edwards’ workshop, Putting Success Back Into Succession Planning For Leadership, Management and Supervisory Development, offered concrete steps government training officers can implement today to put success back into succession planning for their organization. A survey around succession planning was also distributed at the conference; to participate in this survey, please visit http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Y8HYGKG
“As the global leader of talent transformation dedicated to providing workplace learning for enterprise and government organizations, we at AMA Enterprise Government Solutions take training seriously,” said Edwards. “We were honored to share our insights on this topic with this dedicated group of government training and development specialists.
