Live online support extends learning beyond the classroom and provides instant solutions to real-world workplace challenges

This new online service supports AMA’s instructor-led classroom experience and further expands its target=_blank>blended-learning platform.
AMA has selected eSkillz, a provider of live application and performance support service, to provide on-demand eCoaching. The new service is designed to help AMA seminar participants apply what they learned in the classroom to the actual challenges they face when they are back at work.

Managers and other professionals take AMA seminars to learn new skills and improve their performance and productivity. Topics range from project management and strategic thinking to marketing, finance and general management. Through eSkillz, AMA will provide post-seminar access to certified subject-matter experts. In real time via an instant message chat window, the experts answer questions or clarify concepts related to the seminar subject matter, as well as give practical tips and advice on how to best utilize what was learned in the seminar.
