Notice of Annual Meeting
Members are cordially invited to attend the 94th Annual Meeting of Members of American Management Association International, Friday, August 4, 2017.
The purposes of the meeting are as follows:
- To elect new Trustees as provided in the By-Laws.
- To appoint a public accounting firm to audit the accounts for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2018.
- To receive the Financial Report for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2017.
- To transact any other business that may come before the meeting.
The meeting will be held at 9:00 a.m. at AMA's headquarters, 1601 Broadway (48th Street), New York, NY 10019. (If this entrance is closed due to construction in the building’s lobby, you may access the building through the Crowne Plaza Hotel, 1605 Broadway, NY, NY.) The Board of Trustees has fixed the close of business on June 19, 2017, as the record date for the Annual Meeting of Members. Only members as of such date shall be entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the Annual Meeting of Members.
