What can coaching do for you and your organization?
The fact is that coaching has come to be viewed with a combination of hope and skepticism.
On the one hand, assigning a coach to individual employees seems like an excellent way to provide custom-delivered development opportunities to both current and aspiring leaders. On the other hand, coaching is often viewed as a kind of “cottage industry” where credentials are sometimes questionable, services are expensive, and success is hard to measure.
To find out how companies view and manage executive development with coaches, AMA commissioned the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp) to conduct a global survey of coaching practices in today’s organizations.
The results point to some fascinating links between coaching and performance.
In addition to presenting the latest AMA/i4cp study results, the Webcast will explore:
At this FREE Webcast, Ed Reilly, CEO of the American Management Association; Jay Jamrog, Senior Vice President of i4cp; and Duffy Spencer, Ph.D., Owner of Productive People will discuss the survey findings and discuss how companies can improve their results by following the coaching practices of other successful organizations.
