Mr. Alston, a licensed customhouse broker, has provided services as a professional educator on topics such as import regulations and documentation, customs entry preparation, customs brokerage license preparation and export compliance at the World Trade Institute at Pace University for the past eighteen years. Previously Mr. Alston served for nearly a decade providing national customs regulatory expertise to more than twenty-two national brokerage operational facilities, and was the National Customs Brokerage Advisor for Nippon Express USA Inc.

Thomas A. Cook is Managing Director for NYC-based American River International—a premiere international sales and business management consulting company. Mr. Cook has been involved in sales and global business for more than 28 years, and has developed numerous sales management programs and initiatives in training corporate executives in domestic and international sales.
