What Does It Take to Make HR More Valuable to Your Company?
The Human Resources department is responsible for a wide range of administrative and tactical duties. Today’s business environment requires that HR move beyond these activities to become a primary source of internal consulting within the organization. With this comes a change in mindset and skill set.
HR professionals—both functional experts and generalists—must learn how to be internal consultants who can help guide organizational changes, performance management, coaching, conflict mediation and other value-added services.
This insightful Webcast provides an important conversation with HR colleagues on the importance of developing a consultative approach in their daily work. For an hour, you will explore:
- How consulting helps HR to be better business partners to line management
- What makes a good consultant: consulting skills and behaviors
- How to consult: a close look at the internal consulting process
- How to get from where we are now to where we want to be in the future: managing the transition
