Join us in our 50th year!
Are you someone who sets high personal goals and is willing to work hard for career success? Then you’re just the person we had in mind when AMA created Operation Enterprise (OE) in 1963. If you are a high school student (aged 16–18) or a college student, Operation Enterprise has exciting programs for you. Operation Enterprise will fast-forward you into the future and prepare you for the demanding challenges ahead.
In our programs for high school and college students, which are recommended for three semester hours of undergraduate credit by the American Council on Education, delegates from across the country and around the world experience this premier management and leadership development program. All Operation Enterprise delegates return to their schools, companies, and communities equipped with career insights and the essential tools for business success: sound management, valuable principles, responsible leadership, and effective communication.
Take the challenge that over 12,000 others have undertaken over the past 45 years—Operation Enterprise alumni are invariably on the cutting edge of professional development. Begin with us in Operation Enterprise and continue throughout your career with AMA.
The American Council on Education’s College Credit Recommendation Service (ACE CREDIT) has evaluated and recommended college credit for one of American Management Association courses. The American Council on Education, the major coordinating body for all the nation's higher education institutions, seeks to provide leadership and a unifying voice on key higher education issues and to influence public policy through advocacy, research, and program initiatives.
