This course was extremely interactive and well paced. I enjoyed the combination of lecture, activities, discussion & video footage and felt more confident in my abilities as a leader upon completion.

The workshop was very practical using the video case scenarios to illustrate in a realistic story the application of leadership styles and its effect on employee's performance and motivation. Good time was allocated for participants to practice diagnosing and applying the right-fit style to the appropriate employee development level

This class is a must for anyone in a leadership position, whether brand new to a role or an experienced manager. I now have confidence to apply my learnings to my team and help others reach their full potential.

The content was clear and well presented. Faculty did an excellent job to present the concept, then give salient examples to help drive it home. The thing that made it stick was the self-sort activity to identify our own development level for various tasks (i.e. white water rafting, cooking a 6 course meal, etc.)
